Job summary

Halker, a Colorado-based engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer to lead oil & gas projects. You will drive scope, schedules, and budgets, ensure PDP adherence, and coordinate multi-discipline teams to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes field collaboration, vendor coordination, and delivering on time and within cost constraints. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of project management and/or project engineering in oil & gas.
• Upstream and/or midstream oil and gas experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Halker PDP for every project.
• Develop scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones within time and cost constraints.
• Oversee deliverables for compliance with engineering principles and standards.
• Prepare weekly client status reports detailing deliverables and budget/billing.
