You will oversee technical activities, coordinate teams, and drive client relationships while ensuring contract requirements and budgets are met. The role demands strong project management skills, extensive facility engineering experience, and the ability to develop业务 proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of management experience in O&G or closely related industry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of facility engineering experience.
• Software experience: Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; PowerBI and Monday.com a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and guidelines.

• Adhere to and champion the Halker PDP for every project.
• Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects.
• Meet with clients to develop new business and maintain relationships.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and teams coordinate effectively.

About this position

About Halker: Halker Consulting is a nationwide provider of multi-disciplined Engineering, Design, Project Management, Procurement and Field Services for Oil & Gas, and other Energy industry sectors.

Halker Consulting specializes in Oil and Gas surface facilities, Power Infrastructure, Environmental Remediation and Design, Automation and Digital Solutions, and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform strict adherence to and champion the Halker Project Delivery Process (PDP) for every project assigned
• Overall responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects
• Meet with clients to develop new business and maintain existing business relationships
• Responsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfied
• Maintain the lead communicator position with client and manage client expectations
• Prepare proposals to obtain new project work from new and existing clients
• Monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices
• Maintain a current project schedule that is updated weekly in conjunction with the project engineering discipline leads
• Assume full responsibility for profitability of assigned projects which includes the weekly review and approval of client invoices
• Ensure compliance with current budget, A/R, and billing requirements for each of their assigned Clients/projects
• Develop project execution plan and identify resource requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Ideally 8+ years of management experience in O&G or closely related industry
• Minimum of five years facility engineering experience
• Software experience including Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; PowerBI and Monday.com a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and guidelines

Compensation and Benefits:

• Expected base salary range: $130,000/year - $175,000/year . Compensation is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience.
