Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, or ten years without a four-year degree.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and schedule preparation on complex projects, including startup planning.
• Address contractual requirements related to schedule control.
• Expert in scheduling forensics.
• Lead project controls team on high-risk projects and collaborate with management for project success.
• Identify process improvements and develop staff capabilities.
• Hire, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.
