Job summary

Diversified Energy Company seeks a qualified professional to focus on production optimization and troubleshooting across conventional and unconventional wells. You will work with artificial lift systems, gather data, and report findings to management while supporting ongoing well reviews and optimization initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in the gas/oil sector, strong data interpretation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic office software.

Qualifications

• High school or higher level of education required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the gas/oil industry.
• Experience with well operations and volume optimization.
• Basic computer skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Production optimization and troubleshooting on artificial lift types.
• Assist with troubleshooting wells and present findings to management.
• Assist with well reviews and evaluate generated action items.
• Evaluate inactive wells to either turn back inline or plug and abandon.
• Coordinate activities to turn wells back inline with various departments.
• Coordinate special projects per management's discretion.
• Relieve Lease Operator as needed.
