The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering, with 5+ years of production engineering experience, strong knowledge of artificial lift systems, and proficiency in production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of production engineering experience (unconventional experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems and well intervention design.
• Proficiency in production data analysis and engineering software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage field operations and cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Production Optimization & Surveillance: monitor, evaluate, and standardize well performances to identify trends and opportunities.
• Well Operations & Artificial Lift Management: plan and execute operations, select lift systems, and optimize life-cycle costs.
• Failure Analysis, Cost Management & Continuous Improvement: diagnose root causes and manage LOE and capex.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration, HSE & Reporting: partner with reservoir, geology, completions, drilling, and facilities; ensure compliance.
