Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent in oil and gas/project environments.
• Demonstrated record of high performance and achievement.
• Experience supporting complex capital projects is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for one or more projects.
• Manage baseline and forecast schedules and distribute updates to stakeholders.
• Administer schedule changes through change management while maintaining schedule integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for accurate schedule data.
• Support critical path analysis and provide timely schedule performance reporting.
• Ensure budget and resource loading within schedules to establish baselines.
• Apply earned value management principles including progress measurement and variance analysis.
• Analyze schedule variances and communicate findings to teams and leadership.
• Support Work Breakdown Structures for planning, budgeting, and control.
• Develop and analyze what-if scenarios for project decisions.
• Identify schedule risks and assist in mitigation and recovery plans.
