Albatross Ventures, a family-oriented company serving customers across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio oil and gas fields, seeks an Operations Coordinator.

You will be the primary liaison between customers, field crews, and management, coordinating schedules, dispatching drivers, and maintaining job tickets.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualificações

• Strong communication abilities and customer service experience.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and dispatch field crews.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the professional face of the company when communicating with customers and field staff.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, crews, vehicles, and equipment based on planned schedules or urgent needs.
• Relay directions, job details, and updates between crews, supervisors, and office personnel.
• Communicate with employees using phone, messaging apps, and text messages.
• Resolve service issues and scheduling conflicts in collaboration with supervisors.
