Fuse3 Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Oil & GasOperational Accounting Controller to lead the accounting function for multiple clients in the oil and gas sector. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on leadership, revenue and JIB processing, and overall financial accuracy.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, manage diverse client engagements, and ensure compliant, efficient accounting across AP, AR, and general ledger activities while serving as a primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive operational accounting experience in oil and gas across revenue, JIB, AP, AR, and general accounting.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor accounting staff.
• Strong independent work ethic with capacity to manage multiple client engagements.
• Systems-savvy and quick to learn new software with limited training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage operational accounting processes, including revenue accounting, joint interest billing (JIB), accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering growth and accountability within the team.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, working independently with minimal oversight.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting workstreams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for operational accounting matters, both internally and with clients.
