This position involves monitoring wells and production equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining community relationships. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably experience in oil & gas. The role comes with a competitive hourly wage between $33 – $43, a $10,000 relocation bonus, and various benefits including 100% employer-covered health premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Process Tech or Maintenance Tech degree preferred.
• Previous oil & gas field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wells, tanks, pumps, and production equipment.
• Perform daily inspections for safe operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues independently.
