Testing Site - JPMC invites an Analyst Engineer to participate in the full cycle of transactional execution and support senior team members in A&D and coverage functions. You will develop strong M&A&D investment banking skills while collaborating with regional teams on real-time oil & gas transactions.

The role involves performing technical analyses, economic modeling, and assisting in market research. Travel to project sites may be required as part of the broader deal execution process.

Formación

• Experience in technical evaluations of oil and gas assets across lower 48 conventional and unconventional play types.
• Strong understanding of software programs such as Spotfire, ComboCurve, ArcGIS, QGIS and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with fundamental reservoir engineering analysis such as decline curve analysis and type curves.
• Support senior engineers in asset reviews (PDP forecasting, inventory, type curves, LOS evaluations, geologic assessments).
• Working knowledge of sub-surface geologic characteristics and ability to perform geologic assessments with A&D geologists.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical analysis and resource / valuation assessment for oil & gas assets across North America.
• Perform economic modelling including production forecasting, type curve creation, inventory assessment, LOS analysis, review of commercial assumptions.
• Support senior engineers in construction and maintenance of economic modeling software such as ARIES or PHDwin.
• Perform analyses on completion trends, rig activity, depletion risk, well decline analysis.
• Conduct market research from platforms like Enverus, Woomdac, and Factset.
