Job summary

The role involves working with a large group of Analysts and Associates, traveling as needed, and advancing toward senior responsibility with independent deal

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Understands transaction cycle and execution.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
• Interact with senior team members and client management on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts
• Participate in graduate recruiting
