DNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Montana to engage with customers and vendors, delivering technical expertise and logistical support while managing orders from creation to delivery documentation.

You will support the sales team, nurture relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals while maintaining high service standards. A high school diploma and MS Office/SAP experience are preferred, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Inside sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of oil & gas products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve drilling and/or production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders.
• Manage order process from entry to delivery paperwork and records.
• Create work orders and process invoices.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting.
• Support business development to grow the customer base.
• Help exceed sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
