Zusammenfassung

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation are seeking an experienced Inside Sales specialist to grow our sales in the Hobbs, NM office. You willQUOTATIONS, follow up on leads, and develop opportunities within existing accounts while supporting procurement and marketing efforts.

The role requires 2+ years in inbound sales or purchasing, preferably in oil & gas or electrical/automation, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience in inbound support / sales or purchasing (preferred).
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Desire to learn and build personal skill-set.
• Technical background a plus.

Aufgaben

• Completing quotations.
• Following up on sales leads.
• Finding and developing new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Identifying and pursuing potential customers and markets.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
• Assisting in marketing efforts.
• Purchasing and negotiating pricing on equipment/supplies from vendors.
• Supporting the sales team to procure equipment/supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Consistently works in accordance with applicable safety guidelines and requirements.
