Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions in Texas is seeking a Facility Operator to monitor, inspect, and maintain safe disposals across the Permian/Delaware basins, with duties proximal to Lamesa, Big Lake, Big Springs, and Garden City.

You will perform equipment maintenance, monitor tank levels, operate SCADA, log daily activities, and uphold safety guidelines while being on-call as needed. This role requires punctuality and teamwork in varying field conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Oil and gas industry experience required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Reliable, punctual and able to be on call.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and ensure safety and operational excellence of disposals.
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs (leaks, fittings, hoses).
• Monitor pumping operations including tank levels, pressures, and gauging; troubleshoot on location.
• Be on call as scheduled by Field Supervisor and log daily activities.
• Operate location SCADA and maintain safe facilities; complete SPCC checklists as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities; assist with other duties as needed.
