Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0–3 years of related experience for Associate level, or 3–6 years for Engineer level.
• Internship or project experience in engineering, construction, energy, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete and accurate project estimates from conceptual scopes.
• Analyze conceptual scopes and drawings for gaps and constructability.
• Prepare labor build-ups using rates, craft hours, and historical data.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and field teams to validate methods.
• Maintain cost data, unit rates, and historical information.
• Prepare estimate summaries, cost breakdowns, and pricing sheets.
