Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Willing to work in Midland, TX for the duration of the internship
• Returning to school for Fall 2027 semester

Responsibilities

• Work on an assigned engineering project and present to upper management
• Develop engineering skills under mentorship
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines in Oil & Gas
• Analyze well production data, decline curves, and pressure trends for forecasting
• Support drilling and completions engineering work, including cost tracking
• Participate in on-site field visits to learn field operations
• Join intern events and community activities in Midland-Odessa
