Diamondback Energy seeks an Engineering Intern to join a specific department (facilities, production, drilling, completions, reservoir, operations) for a 12-week summer project. You will work with mentors, analyze well data, and participate in field visits to learn on-site operations in Midland, TX.
You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, with strong communication and analytical skills, and you will return to school in Fall 2027.

The Engineering Intern will be assigned to a specific department (facilities, production, drilling, completions, reservoir engineering, operations) and own an assigned summer project supporting that business function. Duration: Approximately 12 weeks (May – August 2027)
