Job summary

Infosys Consulting's Oil & Gas Practice is seeking an experienced Digital Consultant with Upstream O&G sector experience. As an Analyst – Project Management, you will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver complex business and IT projects.

You will apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies, translate requirements into actionable plans, and drive project delivery on time and within scope, while collaborating with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/SAFe certification.
• Experience with Oil & Gas project management and lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel 4 days a week to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management processes using Waterfall and Agile.
• Elicit requirements, process improvements and translate to actionable outcomes.
• Facilitate client discussions on proposed improvements.
• Define problems concisely and hypothesize solutions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive solutions.
• Consolidate findings and present solutions to the client.
• Develop and present a plan to implement changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Lead initiation and planning of projects; ensure feasibility.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for execution.
• Perform risk management and escalate to stakeholders.
• Manage software development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
