Job summary

Tallgrass Energy seeks a Construction Manager to lead capital construction projects in the oil and gas sector, focusing on facilities, pump and compressor stations, and related infrastructure. You will guide constructability in development, oversee construction through mechanical completion, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality aligned with project requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of Construction Leadership experience.
• 7+ years of experience working with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety culture and ensure contractor compliance.
• Direct daily construction inspection activities across multiple project teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations; manage schedule and cost performance.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and quality requirements.
• Manage turnover and commissioning activities and punch lists.
• Interface with environmental and regulatory personnel and procurement teams.
