Qualifications

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience working with CMMS or similar software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Control Panel Assembly & Maintenance: Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish WaterForce automation control panels and related equipment.
• Automation Asset Reliability: Perform functional testing and quality assurance inspections on automation assets before deployment and after field return.
• Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain detailed repair histories, retrofit documentation, and work order records within the CMMS platform.
• Instrumentation & Automation Support: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on flowmeters, instrumentation, actuated valves, and related equipment.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to equipment designs, maintenance practices, and fleet standardization efforts.
