Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks a hands-on Control Panel Technician in Moundsville, WV, to assemble, test, and upgrade automation panels for WaterForce systems. You will support new builds, perform diagnostics, and maintain thorough repair records in the CMMS.

The role focuses on upgrading legacy panels, enabling reliable operation of instrumentation, flowmeters, valves, and related equipment. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience working with CMMS or similar software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish WaterForce automation control panels and related equipment.
• Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation control systems.
• Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware, communications, and design standards.
• Perform functional testing and quality assurance inspections on automation assets before deployment and after field return.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve fleet reliability.
• Maintain detailed repair histories, retrofit documentation, and work order records within the CMMS.
• Prepare reports related to asset repairs, fleet readiness, and modernization progress.
• Support inventory tracking, staging, and parts management activities.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on flowmeters, instrumentation, actuated valves, and related automation equipment.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support activities as needed.
• Recommend improvements to equipment designs, maintenance practices, and fleet standardization efforts.
