Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Barnesville, OH is seeking a hands-on Control Panel Technician to join our Automation team. You will assemble, test, repair, and modernize WaterForce control panels, document retrofit histories, and support instrumentation and flowmeter assets across our fleet.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, electrical schematics interpretation, and strict adherence to CMMS records, with opportunities to advance in PLCs, networking, and SCADA within a growing oil & gas

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and panel layouts.
• Experience using CMMS or similar software for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish WaterForce control panels and related equipment.
• Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation control systems.
• Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware and standards.
• Maintain detailed repair histories, retrofit documentation, and CMMS work orders.
• Support troubleshooting and repairs on flowmeters, instrumentation, and actuated valves.
