Qualifications

• Lead Clerk requires 5+ years in Basic Accounting andAccounts Payable.
• Clerk requires 1-3 years in Basic Accounting and Accounts Payable.
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort, code, and match invoices.
• Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
• Process invoices through Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor aged payables to ensure payments are current.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Produce monthly reports.
