Job summary

Unipec America Inc. is seeking a Trade Settlement Analyst to ensure accurate and timely settlement of physical commodity transactions across refined products, marine crude, and pipeline crude.

You will manage end-to-end settlement processes, including payments, receivables, invoices, and reconciliation, working with traders, operators, finance, and external vendors. You will develop expertise in markets and settlement workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, and support operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
  • Experience with settlements/trading environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate trade invoices from counterparties to ensure accuracy.
  • Arrange and process all trade-related payments and receivables.
  • Investigate discrepancies with traders, operators, and vendors.
  • Prepare payment planning schedules and support cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide reporting support and maintain settlement documents.
