Take 5 Oil Change is seeking full-time crew members and lube techs to join our growing team. No prior experience is required as we provide paid training to learn oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure adjustments, and light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr plus base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement to shop manager roles. We offer flexible schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay, free oil changes, paid time off, and health/vision/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We will train you to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services.

Responsabilités

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
