Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required; we provide training to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance. You can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions.

We promote from within, with many shop managers starting as lube techs. Full-time schedules are available, with weekly bonuses, paid time off, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter as part of routine service.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace and provide excellent customer service.
