Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing team. No experience is required, as we provide PAID TRAINING to learn to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires with air, and perform light maintenance.

Expect to earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. We offer opportunities for advancement, including a path from lube tech to shop manager, with employee promotions into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to learn basic automotive tasks.
• Customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service.
