Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs across the country. No experience is required and we offer paid training to help you grow from lube technician to leadership roles with opportunity for advancement.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour plus base pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses. Enjoy flexible schedules, free oil changes, paid time off for full-time staff, and enrollment in health-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, WY).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain shop inventory.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
