Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking full-time crew members and lube techs to join our growing team. No experience is required, and we will train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, and light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions.

We offer paid training, opportunity for advancement, and benefits. Many crew members have grown into management roles, with 90% of shop leaders promoted from within. Flexible schedules and other incentives are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain floor inventory; keep area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
