Take 5 Oil Change in the United States is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our fast-paced, customer-focused crew.

No experience is required; we provide paid training to learn oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, tire inflation, and light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, and have opportunities to move up quickly into leadership roles.

We offer same-day pay through our program and a clear internal promotion path from lube tech to manager.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Paid training to learn oil changes and light maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
