Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; we train you to become a lube technician able to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform light maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (varies by state).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
