Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking full-time crew members and lube techs. You will learn to drain oil, change filters, and perform light maintenance while staying in your car. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you can advance quickly within the company.

Base pay is $11.00–$16.00 per hour with commissions or bonuses; full-time staff receive paid time off and benefits. MyFlexPay offers same-day pay and flexible schedules, with paid oil changes for employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop is required.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
