Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and we provide PAID TRAINING to help you learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, and enjoy benefits like flexible schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay, paid time off, and health, vision, & dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Be willing to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Ability to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment and provide excellent customer service.
