Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs across the country. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to help you become a skilled lube technician who can perform oil changes, replace filters, and handle light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with opportunities to move up quickly. Take 5 offers full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, and benefits such as paid time off and health

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit under cars
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, WY)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
