Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as we provide training to learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement as over 90% of managers started as techs. Benefit from paid training, same-day pay, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in hot/cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain floor inventory.
• Maintain a clean work environment and provide customer service.
