Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Team Member to support our fast-paced shop. No experience required—training is provided to learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades, and perform light maintenance. You’ll work as part of a friendly crew with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus benefits including paid training, flexible schedules, and employee perks like free oil changes and health insurance options where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and train in oil change duties.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old (some locations have age exceptions).
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Provide excellent customer service.
