Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member to join our crew. No experience is required; we provide paid training to learn how to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, check tire pressure, and light maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, and advance quickly—many leaders started as lube techs. Full-time roles include benefits and opportunities for promotion as we grow together.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit to position safely under cars.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in certain states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
