Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our growing crew as Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades, check tires, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car.

You will earn an hourly base pay with commissions, have access to multiple benefits, and many teammates move up quickly into supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Willing to learn and train.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges and light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
