Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. We offer paid training and a fast promotion path from entry level to leadership, with a culture of internal advancement.

We provide up to $15/hr base with commissions, flexible schedules, and benefits. 90% of our field leaders started as entry-level techs, and same-day pay is available through myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
