Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our growing crew as full-time Oil Change Team Members and Lube Technicians. No experience required; we provide paid training and opportunities to advance to leadership roles through internal promotions.

Responsibilities include changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, inflating tires, and other light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hour plus commissions with benefits like weekly bonuses, paid time off, and insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Willing to learn and work hard with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and coolant checks.
• Restock and maintain shop inventory on the floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
