Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring for Oil Change Team Members. No experience required, and we will train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, and other light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods; handle movements.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in certain states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
