Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing crew. You will learn to perform basic oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, and assist with light maintenance while delivering friendly customer service.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company. Earn $11.00–$16.00 per hour with base pay and potential commissions, plus benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil
• Change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
