Job summary

The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium seeks an OHS Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee safety, health and environmental compliance across operations. You will lead audits, training, incident investigations, and OSHA liaison activities to minimize risk.

Under HR Manager, you will coordinate safety programs, monitor records, and drive continuous improvement for incident reduction and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Oversee compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions to prevent injuries or damages.
• Develop safety and health training programs and determine training needs.
• Audit departments for safety compliance and monitor corrective actions.
• Represent the company with OSHA and other regulatory officials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with safety, health and environmental programs as required.
• Audit departments and report issues to HR Manager and Event Coordinators.
• Provide technical assistance to control losses from injuries and liabilities.
• Disseminate health and safety information to relevant personnel.
• Develop self-audit tools to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure training completion.
• Investigate accidents and document findings; support OSHA posting requirements.
• Coordinate post-accident reporting and drug test coordination.
• Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
