Job summary

Mbi Llc in the United States (Virginia) seeks an Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) Application Support Specialist to provide Tier1 end-user support and help keep EHR-related modules fully operational.

You will troubleshoot OHPAC issues, assist with user configuration, monitor KPIs, conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks, and escalate complex problems to Tier2 while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and patient accounting/revenue-cycle workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine OHPAC application issues.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
• Clear and professional communication with end users, teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, first-call-resolution support to end users of OHPAC and related areas.
• Triages end user issues to determine if Tier 1 resolution is possible or if Tier 2 escalation is needed.
• Conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks to verify operational readiness of the EHR solution.
• Monitor KPIs and system usage metrics to identify early signs of degradation.
• Maintain documentation and handoffs to ensure continuity of operations for support teams.
• Support go-live readiness and sustainment activities in line with ITIL processes.
