Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in account management or provider relations.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare required.
• Experience with provider systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with network providers to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Develop or maintain relationships with provider associations and community agencies.
• Act as a liaison to providers and operations for the provider network.
• Lead onboarding, education, and proactive training for providers.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams on provider issues and responses.
• Produce detailed reports and executive summaries.
• Support contracting and provider recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliant billing practices through internal education.
