Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio (BELTSS)
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care administration preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and all facility departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement a facility management system
• Monitor budget performance and intervene as needed
• Lead census development and coordinate referrals
• Recruit, develop, and retain department heads and staff
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Manage survey processes, plans of correction, and QAPI compliance
