Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a State Marketing Manager for Ohio to lead the execution of the state's marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints, supporting 20+ dispensaries and driving traffic, revenue and engagement. The role partners with the Executive Director of Marketing to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or related fields.
3+ years of experience managing teams.
Experience executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
Lead planning, execution, and optimization of all state-level marketing initiatives.
Ensure all initiatives are aligned with business goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and frequency.
