Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a State Marketing Manager, Ohio to lead the execution of the Ohio marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints, supporting 20+ dispensaries and driving traffic, revenue, and customer engagement. You will partner with the Executive Director of Marketing to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure timely, compliant execution across channels.

This role requires broad exposure to pricing, promotions, paid and earned media, CRM, digital, brand, product marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Cannabis experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of all state-level marketing initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives align with business goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
• Drive store traffic, conversion, and revenue across Ohio dispensaries.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Creative to ensure integrated campaigns.
