Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detailed review of Ohio default practice documents for compliance with state and federal law.
• Draft and review pleadings and other case-related documents.
• Evaluate files, provide legal opinions, and rectify file-level issues.
• Review loan documents and title reports; identify title issues and recommend cures.
• Cure simple and complex title issues via litigation or non-litigated means.
• Create, review, and edit reports and correspondence.
• Advise clients on file-level scenarios; manage diverse workload.
• Monitor deadlines and dockets to ensure compliance.
• Represent clients at hearings, in person or virtually as needed.
