• Review Ohio default practice documents for compliance with state and federal law.
• Draft and review pleadings and related documents.
• Evaluate files, provide legal opinions, and rectify issues.
• Review loan documents and title reports to identify issues and advise on cures.
• Manage a diverse workload and monitor deadlines and dockets.
• Represent clients at hearings, in person or virtual.
